VFS Visa Application Centers are located in the

Kindly make note
the following jurisdiction areas while you submit your
application.
For applicants
residing in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Haryana (Residents of district Ambala,
Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar & Panchkula), your application should
normally be submitted at The Consulate General of Canada at Chandigarh.
For applicants
residing in any other part of
India
except the above,
your application should normally be submitted at The Canadian High Commission at New
Delhi.
You or your agent
can submit your application at any VFS Visa Application Centre in
India
. However, if you or
your agent wishes to file an application with VFS at a
location where the application would have to be specially
forwarded to either
Delhi or
Chandigarh
, you must choose from
the following options.
Option
1:
The application
will be accepted by VFS with the normal supporting activities,
but once received and recorded; the application will be couriered to
Delhi /
Chandigarh
as
per the jurisdiction applicable. For this service VFS has
the authority to charge a courier fee of Rs. 200 to be
borne by the applicant.
Option
2:
You or your agent
has the option of presenting the application directly to the
Canadian High Commission / Consulate General during posted service
times between the following timings.

Chandigarh
– Monday to Thursday –
11 am to 12 pm
You should note,
however, that applications filed outside of the area served by
the Canadian High Commission / Consulate General will normally not
be accepted unless exceptional circumstances exist for
acceptance. This is a requirement of Canadian Immigration
Regulations.
Option
3:
The application can
be accepted by VFS and forwarded in the regular manner
to Delhi /
Chandigarh
.
However, this will result in a significant increase in
processing time. After screening at the Canadian
High Commission / Consulate General, the application will be
forwarded to the correct office via diplomatic bag. At
present, this schedule is, at most, once per
week.
